Any other cuts of Beef, Pork or Lamb not listed may be ordered 2 weeks prior to date due. Meat may not be always available fresh but we have large stocks of frozen. We now also sell fresh/frozen organic salmon from Scotland.

BEEF – The beef is hung for two/three weeks to ensure that the meat is tender.
