GUIDELINES for the 27th Annual Dickens Christmas Fair, 12/7/2013, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

1. Items must be hand-crafted.

2. Each vendor will be assigned an 8X6 foot space. You must provide your own table/display.

All items must be stored in your allocated space. Chairs are available.

3. Floor partition may not exceed the 8’X6’ floor space.

4. Space rental will cost $65.00. No commission charged. No refunds.

5. Vendors are asked to participate in the “Dickens” atmosphere by dressing in old English garb (i.e., long skirts, knickers, hats, - putting on an English accent and generally having fun!). The vendor with the most authentic/outstanding costume will be given a certificate for a free space in the following year’s Dickens Fair.

6. Vendors may arrive at 7:30 a.m. on December 7 to set up.

7. Registration deadline is October 25, 2013. We are limited to 80 spaces and will assign them on a first come basis and tend to fill very quickly. Please include your payment with the completed application. Sorry, no refunds allowed. Please make checks payable to Lake Stevens School District No. 4 and return to:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Dickens Fair is being planned as a festive holiday event. Various children and adult groups will be scheduled to sing and perform throughout the day. In addition, we are asking shoppers to donate a can of food, food item, or monetary donation at the door for the local Lake Stevens Food Bank. >>>>OVER >>>

AGREEMENT:

“I have read the above guidelines and agree to comply with all requirements. My signature indicates my willingness to participate in the 27th Annual Dickens Christmas Fair, and to hold the Lake Stevens School District harmless from all claims arising from the above activity.”
