Covington, Washington

Lee was born and reared in Arizona. He grew up in Yuma, Arizona; received his BA in Education from Arizona State University. He taught High School and coached track and field for three years before going back to graduate school (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Arizona.

He was on staff as an administrator at Pantano Christian Church in Tucson, Arizona for about five years when he went to Pacific Christian College (now Hope International University) to receive his MA in Ministry in 1992. He continued to serve on the pastoral staff of Pantano Christian Church as an associate pastor for another five years, leaving in 1996 to come to Lake Sawyer Christian Church in Black Diamond as Senior Pastor. Lee moved his wife (Sandie) and daughter (Jenifer) and Freckles and Kassie (dogs). He has been Senior Pastor at Lake Sawyer Christian Church for about 17 years and has been blessed to see the church experience significant growth. He has a passion for bringing the lost to Jesus and challenging men to take their place of leadership in the culture; in their home; and in the church.

In April of 2004 Lee received his certificate of Leadership Achievement from Ministry Advantage, an organization that specializes in Pastoral Coaching. Lee was engaged in that program for 18 months. The program emphasizes the implementation of organizational structure and leadership development.

Lee likes to see movies with his wife and play racquetball and golf during his “off” time.
