OBJECTIVE S
We are delighted to invite you to attend the First Nanostructured Multifunctional Materials National Conference (NMM07) with international participation which will be held on October 18-20 , 2007 in Sinaia - Romania.
The Conference is aimed to promoting the fundamental and applied studies of nanostructured multifunctional materials.
The Conference will provide the opportunity for developing new scientific collaboration and represents an important meeting for those who are interested to share and disseminate their experience, knowledge and innovative ideas on the nanostructured material area
CONFERENCE TOPICS
The list of topics below gives a guideline for possible contributions. Papers on other related topics will also be accepted.

The conference fee covers: registration fee, conference materials, welcome party, coffee breaks, conference dinner, social events and accommodation in the International Hotel-Sinaia 4*. The regular fee includes in addition the CD with Proceedings of the Conference.

The participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the Conference The abstracts have to be submitted by March 31, 2007 . The one page abstracts should be A4 format: Times New Roman font, 12 pt. size, 1.5 line spacing, 2.5 cm margins, text justified; the title: Bold, 14 pt. centered; names and affiliation of the authors: 12 pt. with underlined name of the presenting author with the corresponding e-mail address. The abstracts have to be submitted electronically as MS Word or PDF file to the following address:
The file with the abstract(s) should be named with the family name of the presenting author. A registration form of the presenting author including indication for preferred oral or poster presentation(s) has to be submitted as well.
The authors of the contributions accepted for presentation at the symposium are invited to submit their papers in full text (in English). The submitted manuscripts will be accepted for publication in Revista de Chimie (impact factor 0,278) after a peer review. Technical information about the full text paper requirements will be provided on the conference web site.
The Conference languages are English and Romanian.

July 1, 2007 : Deadline for full paper Camera-ready submmision
September 1, 2007 : Notification of selected papers which be published in Revista de Chimie (Impact Factor: 0.278).

CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference will be held on October 18-20 2007 in Sinaia , Romania .
Sinaia is one of the most beautiful mountain resorts of Romania, boasts of a past rich in cultural and social events. Combining natural beauty with picturesque architecture, Sinaia is a former royal residence and bears a holy name.
Sinaia is about 60 km northwest of Ploie?ti and 50 km south of Bra?ov, in a mountainous area on the Prahova river valley. The altitude of the town varies between 767 m and 860 m.
The city is a popular destination for hiking and winter sports, especially downhill skiing.
