Auditorium Management

*Schedule Auditorium for Campus and College Wide classes,

meetings, guest speakers, author events, etc.

*Schedule and oversee setups on Cole stage and in Performance Studio

*Coordinate scheduling of rehearsals, piano tunings, maintenance of spaces

Fine Arts Building Coordination

*Collaborate with Campus Plant Operations for maintenance and repair of all areas of Fine Arts Building

*Collaborate with College Architects and District Plant ops for upgrades and renovations to building - including a $1,000,000 renovation of the ground floor of the Fine Arts Building (2006) and new elevator additions (2010) and $2,000,000 renovation for Cole Auditorium and Fine Arts Lobby (2016).

*Facilitate relocation of furniture, instruments, classes, offices as needed to accommodate repairs, renovations and growth

*Schedule all room use for private lessons, special classes, meetings, rehearsals etc. using R25 scheduling software

Box Office Management

*Created box office procedures for Theatre productions

-created all reconciliation forms for daily/weekly/production totals

*Supervise hiring and training of box office personnel

Supervision
