INSTRUCTIONS

If you are sending books from outside Canada, we request that you use regular mail or a courier/shipping company. Proper customs channels must be adhered to. The University of Calgary will NOT accept collect shipments or those requiring brokerage fees. Please ensure that shipments reach the university by June 5, 2012. The university will arrange for all of the material to be delivered to the display area by 8am on June 8, 2012. However, if the material arrives after June 5, 2012, there could be an additional delivery charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The CEA Executive Director, Anne Motte, must be notified of any cancellations prior to May 13 2012. Please send an email to . A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after May 13.
