Install WEKA packages
This method is only used with Weka Developer version >= 3.7
Weka Developer can be downloaded here (http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/ml/weka/downloading.html), then install on your computer.
Execute Weka and choose menu Tools/Package manager (as shown in Figure 1)

Click at button File/URL at upper right corner of Package Manager windows (as shown in Figure 2).

A window with title “Unofficial package install” appears (as shown in Figure 3).

Input URL of package you choose (right column of table belowed) at File/URL textbox (as shown in Figure 4).

Chosen package will be downloaded and embedded into Weka (as shown in Figure 5).

Check if chosen package is installed or not by click radio button Installed (as shown in Figure 6)

Now chosen package’s already embedded into Weka and ready to use
