In September of 2010, Pete Marshall of DC’s own, The (High Stepping) Choice Four was operated on for a tumor on his brain. The operation was very successful (thanks be to God). Now, the friends of Pete Marshall are all joining forces to donate there musical talents and time to help his family with his high medical bills and to say, “We Love You.”

The Choice Four were produced by one of the greatest producers in our time, the late great Van McCoy of Washington, DC. Charles Blegmon (Deceased), Bobby Hamilton, Ted Maduro and Pete Marshall recorded such hit songs as, “Come Down to Earth”, “Young and in Love”, “You’re So Right For Me”, “This Time It’s For Real”, “Finger Pointers” and “Angel Don’t Fly Away” just to name a few, and recorded three albums: Finger Pointers/1974 – The Choice 4/ 1975 and On Top of Clear/1976.
