ePolicy Orchestrator v2.0

Procedures for obtaining the ePO files and getting them into a format ready to install ePO:

i. Download all 4 files to a dedicated folder:

EPO200l.exe (40Mb)

EPO200l.c00 (40Mb)

EPO200l.c01 (40Mb)

EPO200l.c02 (2.64Mb)

Note: Once saved to hard drive after download, the file names may appear different to the above (e.g. EPO200l_c00_.c0). If they do, this will cause a problem during the extraction process -- see below:

ii. Run EPO200l.exe

- WinAce v2.0 Self-Extractor dialog should appear asking you where to extract to.

iii. Create a new, dedicated folder & specify that as the destination folder

- This process should start creating a file called EPO200SHIPPING_Full.zip

iiii. If the file names are different to how the above 4 files are named on the website, a ‘next

disk required’ dialog may appear about a third of the way through the extraction/creation process (the filenames the process is expecting to use cannot be found) asking for the file called EPO200l.C00. You will need to rename correctly 3 of the files you downloaded if they do not appear to be named correctly. The best way to solve this is to cancel the extract process, copy the incorrectly named files to another dedicated folder and rename them correctly - EPO200l.c00, EPO200l.c01 and EPO200l.c02. Then re-start the extraction process by running the EPO200l.exe file again. When the ‘next disk required’ dialog re-appears, browse to the appropriate renamed file.

ivi. The final EPO200SHIPPING_Full.zip that is created is 123Mb.

vi. Extract that file to get the ePO2.0 install set. This set consists of the following (168 Mb total):

Folder called Deutsche_Dokumentation

Folder called Documentación_en_Español

Folder called Documentation_en_français

Folder called English_Documentation

Folder called Japanese_Documentation

Folder called Setup

File called Setup.exe

Before running Setup.exe, users should read the ePolicy Orchestrator Installation Guide 2.0, ePolicy Orchestrator Product Guide v2.0 and the ReadmeXXXX file (all available from the NAI Upgrades page where the product files are).
