How to Submit a Job Posting

Any company who is a current member of the NY NJ Foreign Freight Forwarders & Brokers Association may take advantage of our Job Postings on the NYNJFFF&BA website. Rules, procedures and posting policies are outlined below:

An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt and review verifying final content to be posted on the website. If you do not get an e-mail confirmation within a few business days then you should assume that your email was not received and you should contact our offices at 732.741.1936
Postings are listed alphabetically by either (1) the name of the company, or (2) by the first word of the posting.
All entries must be in simple text, paragraph form. No bullets, numbering, images, or special characters will be accepted. Entries will be returned to be reformatted in theevent of improper set-up. Please do not submit your text in ALL CAPS.
Our standard format is to bold the name of the company, followed by the actual job description. If you do not provide the actual company name, we will bold the first few words of the posting.
Exceptions to the above:
·  You can insert an e-mail address in your text, usually for the person to whom resumes are to be sent, or for other contact reasons.
·  You can include a link to your web page, sometimes done as a link to a job application or some other content that you wish to send someone to. All such links will be configured to open a new browser window.
Job postings are updated within 3 calendar days of the 1st and the 15th of each month:
·  Postings received after the 1st of the month will be updated to the website on the mid-month period.
·  Postings received after the 15th will be updated on the first period of the next month.
Each posting will run for 30 days.
If your company does not notify Michele that the posting should remain on the website after the 30 day expiration, your company's listing will be removed. .
Each posting has a date following the job description on the website (i.e. 5/1 for May 1st.). The expiration date for this example is calculated as 30 days from the date shown.
