Hourly Contract Recruiting Agreement

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into on ________________, 2008, (hereinafter referred to as “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between (client name), (hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT”), and (contract recruiter name) (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACT RECRUITER”). Whereas CLIENT desires to utilize the services of CONTRACT RECRUITER to receive employment recruiting services paid on an hourly basis, the two parties agree to the Terms below:

Terms

1.) CONTRACT RECRUITER agrees to provide employment recruiting services that include, but are not limited to, identification and referral of suitable job applicants for consideration of employment with CLIENT. CONTRACT RECRUITER will assist CLIENT in the process of interviewing and hiring the job applicants it refers as deemed by CLIENT.

2.) CLIENT will pay CONTRACT RECRUITER an hourly rate of ( hourly rate agreed to) to provide recruiting services as described in this AGREEMENT. CONTRACT RECRUITER will invoice CLIENT for payment on a bi-weekly basis, and CLIENT will provide such payment on a bi-weekly basis, for the prior two weeks of work for CLIENT.

3.) CONTRACT RECRUITER agrees that all of the job applicants it identifies while recruiting for CLIENT will be referred exclusively for consideration by CLIENT for a period of one (1) year after the EFFECTIVE DATE of this AGREEMENT.

4.) CONTRACT RECRUITER will not solicit any existing employees of CLIENT, its subsidiaries or agents, for a period of one (1) year after the EFFECTIVE DATE of this AGREEMENT.

5.) CLIENT indemnifies and holds harmless CONTRACT RECRUITER from all liability, loss or damages, whether in whole or in part, related to the interviewing, consideration hiring, or employment of candidates referred by CONTRACT RECRUITER.
