Holland Festival Art and Craft Fair

Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You are invited to participate in the art and craft fair held during Cedar Grove’s Holland Festival. The event attracts approximately 5,000 people.

· Items must be handcrafted. Commercially produced, imported items, and flea market items are not allowed.

· Committee members will be in the park at 5:45 a.m. for set-up. Displays must be set up by 8:45 a.m.

· The fee for a space 13 feet wide by 10 feet deep is $45. End spaces are $55.

· There are 80 spaces available. Most spaces are in full sun. There is no guarantee that you will have the same space as previous years.

· Electricity is not available on the grounds.

· There is no rain date.

· No smoking is permitted in event space.

· Large trailers may not be allowed on the art fair grounds.

· Activities that create noise or disturb other vendors such as generators, musical instruments, or radios are not allowed.

· Parking may be at a distance of two blocks from the art fair.

Spaces will be assigned upon receipt of:

1. A completed registration form; and

2. A completed Wisconsin Department of Revenue form; and

3. Full payment with your check made out to Cedar Grove Holland Festival.

Include $45 for each regular space and $55 for each end space. Include an additional $20 if postmarked after July 10, 2016.

I understand that I will be allowed ½ hour to unload my vehicle and that no motor homes or large trailers will be permitted in the display area. I will not hold the Holland Festival Art Fair responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
