HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR FACILITY USE
___________________________________ agrees to indemnify and save harmless Hatboro-Horsham School District from and against all loss or expense (including costs and attorney fees) by reason of liability imposed by law upon the Hatboro-Horsham School District for damages because of bodily injury or property damage arising out of the use of Hatboro-Horsham School District facilities.
