High-quality Website Interface: The “new” Auburn University Webpage
Synopsis: The new face of the Auburn University Homepage is not only pleasing to eye, but assessable to the user. The site is designed with the primary users in mind: current students, prospective students, employees, alumni and fans of the athletic program. Once one of these primary users goes into their prospective sections, they have the ability to navigate to the section of the site they need. All the text is clear and easy to read. Links to most sections on the site are assessable in more than one place which eliminates the immense search to find information.

Synopsis: This website was selected because there is a plethora of things that will make the typical user run away from their computer. First my pictures don’t show up anymore. There is just the frame with the small “x” in the top left corner of where the pictures are supposed to be. Second, the information is not current. The last article is from May 2005. Third, the links that are to articles where related articles USED to be. Last, the calendar and resume are antiquated.
