· Thompson Accounting - Emory to provide update of audit.

· 7079 Spicewood Drive Trust, HOA awarded Power of Attorney, William Young, HOA Attorney, is scheduling an appointment with the court to qualify Hanover Grove Association as a trustee. This is taking longer than normal because it is coming from a court order instead of a normal will. We will be notified of a date as soon as it is granted.

· Nominating Committee for 2015 Officers.

V. New Business

7079 Spicewood Drive Trust – Company vs individual(s). As the HOA is currently organization, Frank Hargrove of Hanover County, denied the executorship. He asked us to incorporate, which means a majority vote as listed in the bylaws, or have an individual from the board personally accept the position.
