Starting at the intersection of MO-100 and US-66, continue west on MO-100 (also the south service road), crossing I-44 to the north and continuing to the intersection of MO-100 and MO-AT. / 2.0 / "New" Diamonds Restaurant and Gardenway Motel signs at the intersection of MO-100 and US-66. Though nothing is left of Diamonds, other than the signs, the Gardenway still stands about ½ mile west.

Continue straight onto MO-AT (at exit 251) in Villa Ridge.After crossing the intersection with MO-M, MO-M merges with MO-AT, and just a bit later, also with MO-O. Continue on MO-AT until crossing US-50 (at Exit 247,) then turn left (southwest) onto the North Service Road. / 4.8 / Tri-County Restaurant and Truck Stop (old Diamonds) at 144 Old Highway 66 (MO-AT) in Villa Ridge (now closed.)

In Bourbon, the road changes to Old Route 66 as it begins to curve southwest. Then changes again to Old 66/CR-258, then to Old 66/CR-508 before coming to the Leasburg exit (#214, and begins to curve away from I-44 into Cuba. / 11.8 / Circle Inn Malt Shop, family owned since 1955, located at 171 S. Old Highway 66 in Bourbon.
