Effective Tuesday April 1st 2014, rush refinance transactions will NO longer be accepted by the Processing, Underwriting and Closing Departments. This includes any refinance rush request for new files, condition review or loan closings. By eliminating refinance rush requests this will allow these departments to work through their current pipeline, improve loan quality,allow for additional closings and set proper expectations. Please do not contact Processing Operations Managers, Underwriting Managers or Closing Managers for refinance rush requests as these requests will not be reviewed.
Also as a reminder, any purchase rush requests must follow the current rush policy and be requested through Encompass (Rush Request Form completed by Banker and Sales Manager) along with an email to the appropriate Processing Operations Manager. Any purchase rush requests not following the current rush policy will not be reviewed by a Processing Operations Manager.
