6. Consideration for Approval of Consent Agenda:
a. Approve the November 6, 2017 and November 20, 2017, City Council meeting minutes as printed.
b. Approve revised City bank accounts access resolutions for depository and investment services.
c. Approve the schedule for 2018 City Council Goals.
7. New Business:
a. Special recognition of Council Member Sjoberg who served as Council Member since February 4, 2008
b. Introduction of Ordinance No. 292, an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 150 of the City Code, Building Regulations, to amend provisions regarding rental permits.
c. Discussion, and to take action if appropriate, to approve the one-year ambulance contract extension and memorandum of Understanding with the North Ottawa Community Hospital and the City and other municipalities, and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the necessary documents.
d. Discussion, and to take action if appropriate, to approve an agreement with Prein & Newhof, Inc., to prepare the City’s Stormwater, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Plan, and to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the necessary documents.
e. Discussion, and to take action if appropriate, Spring Lake Drain Clean-Out.
f. Consideration for approval of the Mayor’s appointment of City Council representatives to boards, commissions, and committees
