8:00pm Leave Western Alamance High School

Feb 27 Friday

8:00am Arrive Disney

6:00pm Bus transportation will take the performers to the Downtown Disney Preshow Area to prepare. From there buses will take the performers to the Waterside Stage in a single trip and then return them after the performance.

8:00pm Jazz Band Performance Downtown Disney

11:00pm Check-in Hotel

7:00am Breakfast at hotel

8:00am Leave for Disney

8:30am The band will arrive on buses to Epcot Preshow Area to prepare for the march. From there buses will take the band to the step-off location in a single trip.

10:30am Marching Band Performance Epcot

4:00pm Bus transportation will take the performers to the Downtown Disney Preshow Area to prepare. From there buses will take the performers to the Waterside Stage in a single trip and then return them after the performance.

6:00pm Dance Team Performance Downtown Disney

11:00pm Return to hotel

March 1 Sunday
