wed to Frances Josephine (of the Davis clan, Valdosta, Ga.) who was
fathered by Theron Marshall, of Va., born Lorraine Marshall (legal
name change) & later raised by Clarence Pollard in Tampa, Florida. The
Evey family resided in Pinellas County, Fl., later retiring to Sylva, NC.
Three children & three grandchildren of W.S. Evey & Frances J.

resides Washington, D.C., wed Virginia Sue Arnold, three

Legal name change at age 19, prior to marriage, thus- usually referred to as Dee. Like sister, also had no children.

Divorced from "Kyle," living in Oakland Park, Florida (outside of Ft.
Lauderdale) & about to retire.
Addendum: All I know of Lewellen Oliver Lovelace, born in NC (county unknown)
is that he wed Martha Geiger of Pennsylvania (where not known) &
fathered Thomas B. who was born in Edgefield County, SC. In the
pre-Civil War days, he began a living a a"citrus farmer," & that
eventually took them to a town called Hawthorne (or something
similar) outside of Alachua County, Fl. During the "Big
Freeze," in 1895-96, they sought live citrus which took them further
south to Pinellas County. This is the county where Maude Lucille
Lovelace-Evey was born, & my father Walker Samuel Evey, Jr.
*Any of the info. above was given to us by Maude Lucille Lovelace-Evey who was
alleged to have compiled this much from the Bureau of Vital Statistics, and the
Mormons in Salt Lake City, Utah.
