What Sets Us Apart

· Unique Focus: We are the only hospital in the region that specializes in children who have complex, disabling conditions and injuries. We occupy the Twin Cities’ dominant market-share position in pediatric orthopedics, pediatric inpatient rehabilitation and in key diagnoses in craniofacial surgery and neurosurgery.

· Complex Cases: Our inpatient cases are the most complex among all pediatric and adult hospitals in the twin cities, according to data from the Minnesota Hospital Association.

· Vital Resource: Our orthopedists provide emergency room coverage and general orthopedic care at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. We also provide screening and consultations in several Twin Cities neonatal intensive care units. And patients often transfer to Gillette from other hospitals when they need pediatric rehabilitation services, advanced diagnostic procedures, and complex orthopedic surgeries and neurosurgeries.

· National and International Renown: We have one of the the nation’s largest concentrations of pediatric orthopedic surgeons. Our James R. Gage Center for Gait and Motion Analysis is one of the world’s busiest clinical motion analysis centers. And our cerebral palsy program is one of the nation’s largest and most respected.

· Local, National and Global Reach: Our patients come from nearly every Minnesota county, 42 states and a dozen other countries.

Our Locations

· Main Campus: Our main hospital campus shares space with Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn. We’re located on floors 3 and 4 of the Regions Hospital campus. We also have a new patient care building connected to the hospital via enclosed glass skyway.

· Satellite Clinics: We offer clinics in Burnsville, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Duluth, Willmar and Brainerd Lakes.

· Outreach Clinics: We travel to 19 communities in greater Minnesota through our Mobile Outreach Clinic.

· Clinic for Adults: Our Gillette Lifetime Specialty Healthcare Clinic in St. Paul provides care to Gillette patients who are now adults living with disabilities.
