EMERGENCY EVACUATION & SEVERE WEATHER PLAN

During an emergency that requires building evacuation, the listed steps are to be followed:

1. Exit building at the nearest EXIT. (See posted Emergency Evacuation/Severe Weather Route)

2. All employees are to meet at the North end of the West parking lot. (See posted Emergency Evacuation/Severe Weather Route)

3. Designated employee(s) will ensure that all others have left their area/department. (i.e.; MIOSHA, Liquor Control, Workers Compensation)

If severe weather is reported (i.e.; tornado), all employees are to go to either, the Conference Room across from the bathrooms or one of the Hearings rooms. (See posted emergency Evacuation/Severe Weather Route)

The designated employee(s) will ensure that their area is clear.
