1. John G. Wilson 1858– 1947 b. 6 Nov 1856 Warren Co., TN; d. 19 Jan 1947 Nashville, Davidson Co., TN. The 1870 Census says he was born in 1858. The death record list 6 Nov 1856. (hospitalized with mental illness. John was not as seriously affected as Guy, but was discouraged from leaving the institution because of the effect it would have on his brother Guy)
2. E. Pope “X or Ex” Wilson 1860– 1939 b. 1860, d. 14 Jan 1939
(Family notes said he was born 7 Jan 1853, but this does not agree with the 1870 census)

4. Mary W. Wilson (Mason) 1865–1937 d. 3 Aug 1937 Cannon Co., TN. Aunt Hassie was engaged to Aunt Mary Mason’s son, but broke the engagement when Ruby Emma Wilson died. Abe Mason’s daughter was Suzanne Mason Glasgow. Her grandfather, Wiley Foster Mason, was born in Prater, TN (an extinct little community near Woodbury), then lived in Woodbury. Home place and family cemetery are still there.

8. J. Kirk Wilson 1875–Kirk was quite well off – a banker according to Bettie Bragg Lemley. Bettie also thought the Wilson family was prosperous and that Ruby left money to all her children. (wrote Perkie a note on 8 May 1964 about his Father and Mother- he lived in Manchester, TN).
9. Ruby Emma Foster Wilson 1881–1918
The Wilson home is on Charles Creek, Dibrell, TN. Built by Kirk Wilson, older brother of Ruby Wilson. Edward Carrol Wilson’s family came from Wilson Co., NC. The Wilson home is now remodeled and occupied by Hollum family. Grandpa Wilson (John G. Wilson) was from North Carolina (Some Ancestry.com researchers say he was born in South Carolina). Grandma Wilson used to say that Grandpa Wilson’s folks were not only very wealthy – but they were very intellectual “men of affairs” – some lawyer, Drs., etc. professional men. The Wilsons were Scotch-Irish.

Mother: Evans Unknown 1817-1900, Grandmother was an English woman and her name was Farington called Aunt Mary Farington. Grandmother Farington was very artistic and creative and was born in England.
Born: 31 Dec 1837 in Wilson County, NC (about 30 miles east of Raleigh, NC)
Died: 30 Oct 1918 (age 80) – also said to have been 1919 in her 84th year.
Ludora’s father, Jordan Sellers, died about 1845. The 1850 Warren County, TN census finds her and her 3 siblings living in the household of John A. Lender age 23, and Evans Lender age 33. The Lenders have one child Horace Lender age 1. Their mother, Evans Lender was apparently their mother who was married to Jordan Sellers. She would have been born 1816-1817.
