Ecology Poster Project
Your job is to design a poster that will help convince/educate Nova Scotians about how to
reduce their carbon footprints.
The posters will be on 8.5 X 11 plain white paper.
Please write your name only on the back of the poster.
If you choose to integrate images from the Web, you may credit them on the back of the
poster also.
The poster will be graded out of 10 points: 5 points for creativity and 5 points for
effectiveness of message.
All the posters for Science 10 will be displayed and viewed by all of the students
in the course. Each student will receive a ballot to nominate one poster in each of the
following categories:
* best visual effects
* most convincing
* most humorous
* best layout and design
* People’s Choice - the overall best winner (may also win one of the other categories)
