1. I approve SGT Smith’s request for conditional release upon his acceptance to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP).
2. I understand that this is an administrative requirement that permits SGT Smith to change his current MOS (15T20) to Army Medical Specialist Corps upon completion of PA training and that this is a non-waiverable part of his packet.
3. The branch preferred course date start of January, April, or August and year.
