CARE Change Control Information – May, 27 2016
Purpose: / To provide information about the upcoming CARE Change Control Release
Background:
What’s new, changed, or
Clarified / This CARE Change Control Release will occur on Friday, May 27, 2016 starting at 5:35 pm. CARE users will receive the new version when they log into CARE any time after 8:00pm on Friday.
No action is required by users for change to occur. CM/SSS/CRMs should check their cases in and close CARE before leaving Friday May 27, 2016.
CARE Change Control Release: Summary of Changes
HCS/AAA & DDA :
1.  Remove Weekly Plan of Care and Add Functionality to Support IP Overtime Implementation
a.  Authorization Pop-Up – Modify weekly calculation
b.  Care Plan Screen Screen changes
c.  In-Home Adjustments Tab changes
d.  PAN Services form changes
e.  PCR/PCRC form changes
f.  Service Summary form changes
g.  Care Results form changes
HCS/AAA Only:
2.  Add naming convention to specific forms in CARE for ease of use with signature pads.
DDA Only:

The CARE Help Screens and CARE Assessor’s Manual will be updated to reflect these changes. Other non-related edits to the Assessor’s Manual may also be present. See all changes in the attachment below.
