DESCRIPTION: The selected vendor must provide labor, equipment, materials and all services required to receive, store and distribute dry, canned and frozen foods, provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), for distribution to Allegany, Frederick, Garrett and Washington Counties.
