II. TEACHING ACTIVITIES

Brief statement of areas of teaching interest

At some point in my career I have taught most areas of physiology. My greatest competencies are in membrane transport and electrophysiology, but I have also taught cardiovascular, renal, gastrointestinal and muscle physiology and have led small groups in endocrine and respiratory physiology. I have maintained an interest in quality teaching, including teaching in my area of research expertise, photobiology.
