The descriptors after each competency are not a complete list of the descriptors for each competency. A specific statement describing the deficiency must be written after each competency rated “NI” or “U”. A narrative may also be attached to the evaluation describing competencies/descriptors for which the employee has demonstrated exemplary achievement or the evaluator may use the comment section after each competency.

m.  Engaging in evaluation of school health services to act as a change agent for school health programs and school nursing practices.
