The descriptors after each competency are not a complete list of the descriptors for each competency. A specific statement describing the deficiency must be written after each competency rated “NI” or “U”. A narrative may also be attached to the evaluation describing competencies/descriptors for which the employee has demonstrated exemplary achievement or the evaluator may use the comment section after each competency.
