Reminders/Announcements
· Grandparents’ Mass information came home earlier this week. Face templates will be sent home on Monday, March 7, 2011. Please help your child create the faces of their grandparents and bring them back to school by Monday, March 21, 2011. Have fun and be creative!
· Tuesday, March 8, 2011 is our Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras celebration. If you have signed up to send in Mardi Gras beads, King Cakes, masks, plates, napkins, etc., please remember to send them to school with your child on Tuesday morning. Our celebration will take place during our regular routine. It is not a party with parent attendance. Thank you so much for your understanding!
· Please remember to log your child’s exercise online (www.virtualworldrace.com) and in your child’s daily folder. Remember that walking, running, biking, and swimming all count as acceptable activities for the Virtual Race!
· Beginning Monday, March 7th, we will begin our Early Bird Fitness program in MPH from 7:15-7:45 a.m. Kindergarten students are welcome to attend on Mondays for exercise with Coach Spelsberg.
· If you have not returned your child’s February reading log and/or your child’s progress report, please do so as soon as possible.
· Congratulations to our kindergarten parents for donating to the annual fund. Due to your participation, our students have won a free spirit day! Please stay tuned for more details and information on our free spirit day!
