Creating Prescription Favorites
1. Click on “Enter Prescription”.
2. Fill out all the information that is typical of your most frequently prescribed medications (Dose, route, frequency, quantity, instructions) and click on “Add to Favorites.”
3. Create the name of the category that you wish to place the medication and click OK. If you already have categories created, select the appropriate category to place the prescription.
4. Next time you click on “Enter Prescription” your favorites can be found by selecting “Favorites” from the “Drug Search” options.
If you wish to have your favorites defaulted, follow the following instructions:
1. Click on “Prescription Writer”.
2. Click on “Preferences”.
3. Select “Display” from the list.
4. Select “Favorites” under Default Source for Add Rx - Click Ok.
