Conroe Regional Medical Center Prepares for Hurricane <Hurricane Name> Landfall

Conroe, Texas, <date>—HCA affiliated Conroe Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is being evacuated <or partially evacuated> in preparation for Hurricane <name of hurricane>.

<In case of complete evacuation use the following> Conroe Regional Medical Center (number of operating beds), is currently undergoing a complete evacuation of patients and staff. The hospital will be closed with only a skeleton crew of plant operations and security staff on the premises during the storm.

<In case of partial evacuation, use the following> Conroe Regional Medical Center (number of operating beds), is evacuating <list patients that are being evacuated: e.g. critically ill patients; critically ill babies>. However, the facility currently plans to remain operational <if your E.D. is still accepting patients please include the following> with its emergency departments accepting patients as needed.
