I enclose £100 (£50 deposit plus £50 security fee) (please make cheque payable to Mrs J M Corlett; credit cards not accepted), which both holds my booking and acts as a security fee against any breakages, etc.

The security fee (£50) will be returned once the cottage has been cleaned and an inventory taken.
The balance of the holiday will be required 6 weeks before arrival.

If the holiday is cancelled within 12 weeks of the arrival date this deposit will not be refunded.
