Website Project Overview
· We will custom design a website for your business which will consist of approximately 10-20 web pages and will be based on design concepts we agree upon.
· The website will be built on the WordPress content management system (CMS) and we will provide up to one hour of training to a staff member in your office to make website updates and check website statistics.
· Your website will be fully-compatible with the Apple iPhone, iPad and other popular data-enabled cell phones and web devices.
· Your company will provide all website content and text including articles, company information, logo and other graphics and photographs of staff members to be included in the site. This proposal does NOT cover the cost of specified stock imagery to be used on the website. All stock images will come from iStockphoto or Bigstockphoto. You will be billed for stock images in your final invoice.

This project will take approximately 4-8 weeks to complete from the time we receive all content, forms and images that need to be included on the website.
Development Process Overview:
Below is a typical time line of our website development process:
Step 1: Sign Contract and Make Deposit for Project.
Step 2: Client Creative Meeting. This is where we meet face-to-face to discuss project details.
Step 3: Assignments given for date we will need text, photos and other items for website.
Step 4: Our team will begin working on your website design concept.
Step 5: Review website design concepts and make revisions.
Step 6: Approved website design concept will be developed into WordPress Theme.
Step 7: We will collect text, photos and other items for website.
Step 8: We will setup all web pages on your website using text, photos and items collected.
Step 9: We will submit preview link for final website approval.
Step 10: Once the final website is approved, we will publish it and bill for final payment.
Website Changes and Additions
Once the website design is complete, any changes or additions to the overall design will be billed at an hourly rate of $95.00 per hour. Simple updates or changes to existing website text will be provided at no charge for the first year. You will be able to update and make changes to your website at your convenience for no charge using the administration panel.

The total cost of this entire project as described in this proposal will be $0.00. This price includes all website design and development of a company website of 10-20 web pages in size.
