The City of Woodlake is requesting proposals from construction management firms experienced in Caltrans transportation projects to provide Construction Management and Resident Engineer Services. This Request for Proposals is being issued by the City of Woodlake, City Administrators Office.

The City of Woodlake plans to construct a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Valencia Boulevard (SR 245) and Naranjo Boulevard (SR 216). This will be accomplished by the construction of curb, gutter, decorative sidewalks, ADA ramps, bulbouts, drive approaches, decorative crosswalks, pavement, and the installation of landscaping, irrigation, lighted bollards, street lights, signing, striping, benches, and trash receptacles.

Because of the size of the project and the need for Caltrans qualified personnel, the City is seeking Construction Management and Resident Engineer Services for the construction and closeout phases of the project.

The engineer’s estimate of construction costs is $2.95 million.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Administrator, City Hall, 350 N. Valencia Blvd., Woodlake CA, 93286 until 3:00 p.m., March 12, 2015.
