Thursday July 16, 2015 @ 6:30 p.m.

1. Roll call to establish a quorum.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Keith Sparks at 6:32 p.m.
Members Present: Keith Sparks, Paul Lawson, George Price, Dave McCann
Members Absent: Burnis Campbell
2. Discussion and possible action re: Approval of June 18, 2015 Minutes.
Motion by Lawson, Second by Price, to approve the Minutes.
Ayes: Sparks, Lawson, Price, McCann. Nays: None. Absent: Campbell. MOTION CARRIED.
3. Discussion and possible action re: Approval of a Move-In Application from Gary Kelly on behalf of David Frey for the property located at 12109 NE 26th Street. Mr. Frey wants to move in a house to be used as a residence. The house is currently located at Harris House Moving.
Motion by Price, Second by McCann, to approve the Move-In Application.
Ayes: Sparks, Lawson, Price, McCann. Nays: None. Absent: Campbell. MOTION CARRIED.
4. Adjournment.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
