China-India Plastics Industry Summit 2007

Technology Transfer – Opportunities and Challenges

Trade between India and China in the Plastics Sector is assuming significance. Indian exports to China amounted to US$273 million and China exports to India in 2005 – 2006 totaled to US$187 million.

Plastindia Foundation, Mumbai, India, China Plastics Processing Industry Association, (CPPIA), Beijing, and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, Hong Kong, have decided to organize “China India Plastics Industry Summit 2007” on May 20, 2007 at Guangzhou, PR China, to bring the plastics industry of China and India together for mutual cooperation and business promotion. The theme of the Summit is “Technology Transfer – Opportunities and Challenges”. The Summit will coincide with Chinaplas 2007 exhibition from May 21-24, 2007.
