1 Both parents shall have the right to give emergency medical consent for the child(ren).

Miscellaneous Orders

1  Neither parent shall make any disparaging or negative comments about the other parent or the other parent’s family, present relationship, or friends in the presence or hearing of the children, nor will either parent permit others to make such comments in the presence or hearing of the children.

1 Neither parent shall discuss this Court case with the children or allow them to see or hear the content of any of the Court papers.

within 30 days from the date of this order. S/he is to provide proof of enrollment and completion in writing to the Court, Family Court Services and the other parent. They may contact the Court’s Resource Specialist to get help locating a class and to find out if there are any resources to assist with payment of the cost of the classes.

1  Mother 1 Father shall not consume alcohol during the time he or she has the minor children with them and 24 hours before that time and neither shall be under the influence of any illegal drugs during this time.

1  Neither parent shall use any form of corporal punishment on the minor children nor permit a third party to do so. This means that there shall be no spanking, slapping, hitting, or other form of physical punishment used on the children.

1  The minor children shall be in an appropriate child restraint system whenever they are being transported in a motor vehicle and the driver shall be licensed and insured.

1  Child care shall be done by an adult, who is aged 18 or older.

1  Each parent shall be kept informed of the name, address, and telephone number of any regular child care provider for the children.
