o  Accept Letter of Resignation

Motion by Mary Lou Baal on behalf of the Personnel Committee to approve to accept the resignation from Laura Klavitter.

o  Dubuque County Master Gardener Coordinator

Motion by Mary Lou Baal on behalf of the Personnel Committee to approve to receive and file public comments received on the Master Gardener Coordinator job description with the personnel committee taking these comments into discussion and reviewing the proposed job description.

Motion by Deb Mahoney that the meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Lindsay James. Motion carried by a vote of 7 to 0 with 0 dissenting. The meeting was adjourned at 6:38pm.
