Please note tours start at 09.30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30 and 15:30 except when there are home matches, the day before a Champions League match or other significant events in the stadium.
While every effort will be made to provide you with your first choice, this may not always be possible, please provide an alternative date and time.

For every 10 children/students, 1 adult will be welcomed free of charge.
Groups of 30+ will receive a 15% discount. Groups of 50+ will receive a 20% discount.

Payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the tour. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
Payment can only be made by credit/debit card, cheque or Bank Transfer. We do not accept payment on the day.
Please ensure your booking reference is quoted when payment is made.
Due to legislation we cannot accept card details by email. Please call the office with card details at least 7 days before your tour date. Alternatively send a cheque made payable to ‘Chelsea FC Merchandising’ which will arrive 7 days prior to you tour. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please ask for the payment details via email.
All bookings are subject to a £2.50 booking fee.

Chelsea FC Terms and Conditions for Group Tours
1. Bookings
1.1 Once we receive the group booking document we place a provisional booking for your tour.
Payment can be made by cheque, by credit card or by BACS and needs to be paid no later than 1 week prior to your tour.
In the event of the tour not being paid for we would cancel the tour and reissue the timeslot to an alternative group.
1.2 Once payment has been received we will confirm the full tour booking and provide a VAT Receipt for all monies received.
1.3 If a booking is made within 7 days of the tour the 15% discount/free places will not be applicable.
2. Cancellation
2.1 You are only able to cancel a provisional booking.
Once payment has been taken, we operate a strictly no refund policy.
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances, however changes to tour dates and times can be arranged by calling 0871 984 1955.
2.2 We may cancel the tour on no less than 48 hours notice at our discretion in exceptional circumstances in which case a full refund will be given or the tour rearranged.
2.3 All Stadium Tour and Museum visits are subject to change, cancellation and alteration at short notice.
2.4 Failure to arrive on time for your allocated tour may result in a limited tour or cancellation of the tour altogether.
3. Dates and Times
3.1 Times for the start of the Group Tours are normally 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.30, 14.30 and 15.30 subject to availability.
3.2 We run tours every day of the week, except when there are football matches or other significant events in the stadium.
3.3 We reserve the right to change these times at our discretion. Should we do so we will attempt to accommodate you on a mutually agreed time and date.
4. Attire
4.1 Should we feel that certain dress is inappropriate, we will refuse the right to conduct the tour.
As you may be outside from time to time please dress accordingly to take account of the weather.
5. Liability
5.1 We do not accept any liability whatsoever for loss or damage to property or injury to persons unless we are negligent. Any property brought to the party is done so at your own risk.
6. Behaviour
6.1 You are responsible for your group’s behaviour. If at any time during the tour, we believe that the groups behaviour is unacceptable, likely to cause damage or injury, we are at liberty to terminate proceedings without compensation.
Some examples of such behaviour but not a comprehensive list are as follows:
· Drunken and/or yobbish behaviour.
· The use of drugs anywhere onsite.
· Any acts likely to cause damage or injury anywhere onsite.
· Threatening or Violent behaviour anywhere onsite
· Any illegal acts such as stealing or fraudulent behaviour
6.2 Such events are a rarity and Chelsea Football club operates a zero tolerance policy. Any criminal offences perpetrated onsite will be dealt with accordingly with full cooperation of the Metropolitan Police.
7. Parking
7.1 There is some coach parking on site subject to availability. Chelsea Football Club cannot guarantee there will be coach parking available on any given day. Coaches are welcome to drop groups off free of charge for the first hour. After this charges will apply. Coach parking can be paid for by cash only upon arrival to the Security department.
