Discount is $ 50.00 when contract and payment is received by April 30, 2016

Discount is $ 25.00 when contract and payment is received by May 14, 2016

There is a $ 5.00 per day late charge starting after May 27th. The last day to rent space is Thursday, June 2, 2016 6:00 pm and please allow 3 days mail time.

Space Rental Fees paid are non-refundable as the Festival will happen rain or shine.

We,________________________ , hereby contract to lease and occupy the space for the duration of the event. Payment for this space is included with this Vendor Contract. It is agreed that only ONE Vendor can occupy this space.

We also agree to abide by the following rules and stipulations:

· Have all permits required by the City of Bedford, Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio.

· The Vendor assumes all risk and hazard incident to his own venue, to the vendor's representatives, and/or to other persons in his vendor space.

· Let is understood that the vendor assumes no financial liability pertaining to the events success beyond the cost of his vendor display area.

· Vendors are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their contracted spaces.

· Vendors are required to supply tables, chairs, power cords and trash containers.
