PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Compost tea is made from organic compost. All guidelines set forth by organic certifying agencies are followed in the manufacturing process. This product is classified as an allowed product for organic use.
COMPATIBILITY:
Compost tea is compatible with most non-phytotoxic nutrients and pesticides on most crops. The user assumes sole responsibility for non-phytotoxic compatibility with specific crops, and also compatibility with other spray materials. Always TEST and / or consult with and expert when spraying this product alone or with other mixtures on crop compatibility. Note: Do not apply this product 15 days prior to harvest.
APPLICATION:
Soil applied: Use 10 to 30 gallons per acre side dressed, water ran, or through drip irrigation, two to four times during the growing season. This product may be sprayed directly on the soil 24 hours prior to an irrigation application. Caution: Do not let this product come into contact with the foliage at this rate. It may cause some tip burn. If you are putting it through a sprinkler system be sure to dilute it with water a minimum of 10 to 1 and a maximum of 50 to 1.
Foliar applied: Use 2 to 5 gallons per acre when used as a foliar fertilizer. Always dilute a minimum of 10 to 1, and a maximum of 20 to 1 with water. Always check the pH of the total mix to avoid any tip burn.
CAUTION: This product must not go more than 48 hours with out circulation. Bulk tanks must be circulated at least 15 minutes. Fifty five gallon drums and mini bulk containers at lest 5 minutes. Two and a half gallon pails and five gallon pails 1 to 2 minutes. In all cases do not enclose this product where it can not breath. If it goes bad (takes on a pond scum odor) do not use, contact your local distributor.
