CASA VOLUNTEER RECOMMITMENT FORM
On behalf of the (Insert name of program), we thank you for your dedication as a CASA volunteer and commend you for your efforts, advocating for the most needy children here in (Insert county name).
It has been awhile since you made your last commitment to continue as a CASA volunteer. Originally, you agreed to volunteer with the CASA program for a minimum of one year. Although we hope that you will be able to continue for a longer period, we realize that sometimes one’s life circumstances change. For that reason we are asking that you evaluate whether you are interested in recommitting your time to the CASA program for another year.
If you are no longer able to accept additional case assignments, you may very well be able to help the CASA program in another capacity. We would hope that you stay connected with the CASA program!
