Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is looking to hire a Clinical Training Specialist for our Administrative Operations. The position will be responsible for creating, modifying, and delivering training content. The position will report to the Director of Operations and will be located in our Tempe office.

Duties for this position will include:

· Delivering New Employee Foundational Training (NEFT) content

· Keeping training content up to date with latest system and agency information

· Creating new training content specific to the needs of our agency

· Traveling to all of our locations to deliver training content

· Assessing agency training needs

· Becoming certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training (TCI)

· Communicating effectively with co-workers, agency management and various external partners

· Assisting with maintaining the agency training calendar

· Documenting training events effectively

· Promoting employee development and evaluating employee performance

· Supporting and adhering to company values, policies, and procedures

· Facilitating meetings

· Leading work groups

· And other duties as assigned

Candidates must have behavioral health experience (2 years plus preferred) – Bachelor’s in a related discipline required, Masters in a related discipline preferred (AZ Licensed preferred). The position will require a variety of skills such as communicating using different formats (face-to-face, email, telephone, etc.), active listening, reading comprehension, verbal and written expression; critical thinking, time management, and problem solving. The position will also require computer skills such as proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Desired work styles for this position include leader, collaborator, dependable, ethical, organized, flexible, independent, creative, solution oriented and adaptable. It also requires a familiarity with the overall Arizona public Behavioral Health System and a willingness to travel throughout Arizona.
