This form must be sent to Jack before Monday at noon to be scheduled for the tour on Wednesday. Tour often fills up before the weekend. Email is preferred; scan & send to . To fax the tour sheet to Jack Edwards use (916) 683-7048. Don’t add a cover sheet, it just wastes paper and ink. If you put it in my box, it probably will not be on tour because I generally only come in on meeting dates. We plan on touring a maximum of 8 homes each week. If you want to cancel a tour request, call Jack at 240-9302 by Tuesday evening. Extra requests will be moved to the following week. Call Jack if you don’t want your house to be on tour the following week.
The listing agent, or his/her representative, must be at the 9:00 AM meeting or the home will be dropped from tour. All agents are expected to participate in tour each meeting week. If you don’t tour to support your fellow agents, don’t expect your listing to be placed on tour. Show the listing agent’s client that we are all helping the listing agent to sell their house by having enough business cards to place one at each tour stop.
