Building operation hours (HVAC) are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Building accessibility hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Access cards must be used to gain entrance to the building after the above listed hours.
Security: The North Broward R.S.C. offers customers Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm security coverage. U.S. Security can be reached at 954-237-9434.

Vending Machines – Snack & drink machines are available in the Cafeteria with ample seating for agency personnel with no break rooms in their suites. Snack machines are located in the Cafeteria area of the North Broward R.S.C.
Smoking Area
The Department of Management Services provides a smoke-free environment for its customers and their visitors. Smoking is prohibited within the building and is not allowed within 30 feet of entry ways.

Mail Carriers: Airborne Express, Federal Express, UPS and US Express Mail drop boxes are available in the mail rooms of each building for your convenience.
Lost and found is located in the Management Office. Please report all lost and found items to the management office at 954-202-3380.
