l PREPARATION
Remove parts from laser-cut panel and group as shown above.
l VERTICAL TAIL
1. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan.
Pin the rudder parts(R1-R7) on the plan and glue together with thick CA.
2. Remove rudder from the plan and glue the parts(R9-R14).
Apply thick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing and then carefully sand surfaces. / l HORIZONTAL TAIL
1. Pin the stabilizer jigs on the plan.
2. Lay the stabilizer parts(S1-S5, S8) on the jig and pin the lower spars(S1-S2) to the jigs.
3. Assemble and glue upper spars(S1-S2), round tip(S7).
4. Glue small sheets(S10-S11, S17). Assemble and glue the elevator parts(E1-E6) together on the jigs.
5. Remove horizontal tail from the plan and glue small sheets(S12-S13, E7).
6. Apply thick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing and then carefully sand surfaces.

l LEFT WING
1. Pin the wing jigs on the plan.
2. Lay leading edge, trailing edge, lower spars and ribs(W1-W3, W6, W9-13, W19, W20) on the jigs.
3. Assemble ribs(W4-W7) and glue together with thick CA. / 4. Assemble and glue upper spars(W1-W2, W9-W11) and wingtip parts(W8, W21-23) with thick CA.
5. Glue covering sheets(W14-W15, W17) and small sheets(W18).
6. Remove left wing from the jigs and covering sheets and small sheets for wing bottom(W14-W16, W18).

l RIGHT WING
1. Pin the wing jigs on the plan, and then lay leading edge, trailing edge, lower spars and ribs(W1-W3, W6, W9-13, W19, W20) on the jigs.
2. Assemble ribs(W4-W7) and glue together with thick CA. / 3. Assemble and glue upper spars(W1-W2, W9-W11) and wingtip parts(W8, W21-23) with thick CA.
4. Glue covering sheets(W14-W15, W17) and small sheets(W18).
5. Remove right wing from the jigs and covering sheets and small sheets for wing bottom(W14-W16, W18).
6. Apply thick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing and then carefully sand surfaces.

l FUSELAGE
1. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan.
Pin the parts for fuselage right fore side(F1-F5) on the plan and glue together with thick CA.
2. Pin the parts for fuselage right rear side(F6-F13) on the plan and glue together with thick CA.
Assemble left fuselage side with same way.
3. Assemble and glue fore fuselage sides with the parts(F14-F23, F25-F26).
4. Glue braces(F24), floor deck(F27-F28) and assemble servo tray(F29-F31)
5. Assemble and glue rear fuselage sides with the parts(F32-F37). / 6. Assemble seat(C1-C5), control stick(C6-C7) and glue cabin rail(C8-C12). (Do not glue seat and control stick to the floor in this step.)
7. Assemble and glue the tail gear(G15-G17) with thick CA.
8. Assemble and glue maingear boxes(G1-G3) and tail gear box(G11-G13) with thick CA as shown above.
9. Assemble and glue maingear boxes in place. This parts can be moved up and down. Glue the parts(G5) in place.

10. Assemble and glue tailgear boxes in place. This parts can be moved up and down. Glue the parts(G18) in place.
11. Assemble and glue wing joiners (F42-F44).
l DUMMY ENGINE
1. Assemble and glue cylinder block(M1-M3) with thick CA.
2. Glue cooling fins(F4-F6) and exhaust manifold(M11) with thick CA. / 3. Assemble crank block(M7-M10, M14-M15) with thick CA.
4. Glue cylinder block and exhaust tube(M12-13) as shown above.
5. Glue two cylinder blocks as shown.
6. Glue wheels as shown(G9-G10, G21-G22).

l PAINTING and RIGGING
1. Paint fuselage, wheels, dummy engine, cabin parts and gear struts as shown.
2. Glue rubber rings with thin CA as shown above.
3. Drill holes if necessary.
4. Fuselage rigging with thick nylon thread.
5. Fuselage rigging is done.
l COVERING, FINAL ASSEMBLY and EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
1. Cover above stabilizer with light film, insert and glue the part(S16) and then cover below stabilizer. / 2. Cover rudder and elvator.
3. Cut CA hinges as shown above.
4. Make hinge slots and pre-install hinges.
5. Insert and glue plywood horns(R15, E8).
6. Glue stabilizer, struts(S14-S15) and vertical fin to the fuselage with thick CA. (Horizontal tail must be at right angle to fuselage center and vertical fin must be at right angle to horizontal tail.)

7. Install receiver, ESC, elevator and rudder servos.
8. Install motor and gearbox.
9. Tie control wires to the rudder and elevator horns.
10. Pull wires and tie to the servo horns. / 11. Cover fuselage sides with light film.
12. Glue seat and control stick.
13. Cover right and left wings with light film
14. Assemble tailgear struts(G19-G20) and tail wheel with bolts and nuts.
Put up rubber band. Make two circles with one rubber band.
15. Assemble maingear struts(G6-G8) and main wheel with steel rod, bolts and nuts.
Put up rubber bands. One for fore hook, two for rear hook.

16. Glue tray for battery(F45).
17. Glue tray for balance weight(F46).
18. Assemble wings and rig with thick nylon thread. / l PRE-FLIGHT CHECK
CG.Check CG. (CG location is shown on the drawing.)Control Throws.The following control throws are recommended starting points. After you are familiar with this plane, you may increase, or decrease.
- Elevator : 17.5mm(11/16”) up and 12.5mm(1/2”) down.
- Rudder : 33mm(1-5/16”) right and left.
