Subject: Give yourself the gift that keeps on giving…financial health

Money can’t buy good health, but managing your money wisely can help avoid some of the health pitfalls that come from stress and worry over failing finances.

Luckily, there are a lot of resources available to help you manage your financial wellbeing, including:

· Financial Wellness at Work program. Financial wellbeing is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Learn to take little steps for big rewards through this small group program created by the Wellness Councils of America (WELCOA). Find out more about starting your own Financial Wellness at Work program at bellin.org/lifesaver.

· Follow a Financial “Diet.” Just like different diets work for different people, there are different approaches to paying off debt quickly. They all work. You just have to find the one that matches your personality and provides the best personal motivation to keep you going. Some suggestions for proven online tools/systems include:

Debt Snowball method (DaveRamsey.com)

Avalanche method (SuzeOrman.com)
