Amazing Race: Navigating Budapest

First of all: be sure to either get your 30-day transit pass, or purchase another three-day pass – I will let you know which at the start of the race. Both can be done at ticket counters in Metro stations. For the 30-day pass, you will need a passport photo, or to get one taken in a station.

Your current pass expires at 7 PM Monday.

Bring along a camera and take a photo of one of the team members in front of each of the sites listed below. When you have finished your list of sites, be the first to get back to a place with WiFi and post photos to the class Facebook site. In addition, in a comment on FB, explain how you got to each of the spots (i.e., which Metro line or tram line did you take, which stop did you get off at). Each team member is responsible for the group’s primary guidance to at least one landmark. The first team to complete the activity will receive their prize in class this week.
