And for those agents who have shipments to the United States, you can use the All World Shipping U.S. FMC OTI License to file AMS and issue our on-line U.S. HBL.
Our HBL is registered in China by the MOT and our agents in Brazil are legally nominated to accept the AWS HBL.

- AWS CARRIER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Effective May 1, 2013, all dry and refigerated cargo moving under tariffs and service contracts from Far East and Indian Subcontinent Countries (Bangladesh, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, India, Inonesia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) is subject to a general rate increase (GRI) as follows:
For all cargo moving via all-water to US West Coast ports and for intermodal cargo via these ports destined to points in the states of California, Oregon, and Washington:
$640 per 20' container
$800 per 40' container
$900 per 40'HC container
$1013 per 45' container
For all intermodal cargo and minilandbridge intermodal cargo via US West Coast ports destined to points other than those in the states of California, Oregon, and Washington:
$960 per 20' container
$1200 per 40' container
$1350 per 40'HC container
$1520 per 45' container
For all cargo moving via all water to US East Coast and Gulf ports and for all intermodal cargo via these ports:
$800 per 20' container
$1000 per 40' container
$1125 per 40'HC container
$1266 per 45' container
Maersk - Asia to Europe – General Rate Increase (GRI)
Effective April 15, 2013, Maersk would implement GRI for all shipments from Asia (excluding Japan) to all Europe destinations*at USD500/teubelow for scopes and GRI amounts.
*Please note that the GRI amount for destination Syria is EUR 385 per TEU
MSC - WMED EASTBOUND BUC
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would implement BUC for all shipments from USA to WMED ports at USD340/teu from USWC and 310/teu from USEC and USGC.
This will be applicable for all shipments ex USA to Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Canary Islands and the south of France (Fos, Montoir and Le Verdon)
MSC - WMED PORTS TO USA BUC (BUNKER CONTRIBUTION) LEVELS
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would reduce BUC for all shipments from WMED ports to the United States at USD417/teu to USWC and USD290/teu to USEC and USGC.
This will be applicable for all shipments ex Italy, Israel, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Canary Islands and the south of France (Fos, Montoir and Le Verdon) to USA
MSC - NORTH EUROPE AND SCAN BALTIC PORTS TO USA BUC
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would reduce BUC for all shipments from EUUS & SCAN BALTIC WESTBOUND ports to the United States at USD417/teu to USWC and USD290/teu to USEC and USGC.
MSC - BUC USA TO NORTH EUROPE INCLUDING BALTIC, RUSSIA, SCAN
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would reduce BUC for all shipments from USA TO EUROPE (Including Scan-Baltic/Russia) at USD285/teu to USWC and USD260/teu to USEC and USGC.
MSC - WCSA GRI
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would implement GRI for all shipments from USGC (Houston, New Orleans, Mobile) to South America (Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador) at USD100/200 per 20’/40’.
MSC - IMPORT ASIA GRI
Effective May 21, 2013, MSC would implement GRI for all shipments from Asia/Far East to USA and Puerto Rico as follows:
To US West Coast, port/port:
USD 320/20
USD 400/40
USD 450/40HC
To US intermodal points moving through/via US West Coast ports :
USD 480/20
USD 600/40
USD 675/40HC
To US East Coast and to Puerto Rico port/port and to US intermodal points moving through/via US East Coast ports:

The GRI shall beapplied for all equipment types and sizes.
MSC - USA TO SOUTH AFRICA – BUC
Effective May 1, 2013, MSC would implement BUC for all shipments from USA to South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Madagascar, Reunion Island, Mauritius Island, Mayotte at USD675/1350 per 20’/40’.
